Winterwind was a special topic conference held in Norrköping, Sweden, on December 9 and 10, 2008.
The event was organized by the Swedish Wind Energy Association with financial support from The Swedish Energy Agency.
The objective of the meeting was to discuss the latest technological, economic, R&D and policy developments in the field of wind power in low temperatures and icing conditions.
